Entry-Level Bookkeeping Position

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who want to grow with our company. You must have a strong work ethic and passion for getting things done.

JOB SUMMARY:
You will be responsible for converting PDF statements to CSV files, uploading them to QuickBooks or WaveApp, and categorizing each transaction on the accounting software. Then, you will generate financial reports for our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES: (We will TRAIN YOU!)
- Reconcile books for our clients.
- Generate the financial reports.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- Attend weekly training calls where you can climb up to the leader in our company.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper (We will train)
- Certified Public Accountant (optional)
- A computer with a speed of a minimum processor of i3 equivalent.
- Stable Internet connection.
- Be able to work from 3 AM to 11 PM EST (4 PM to 12 PM Philippines Time)
- Full-Time Position ONLY.

SALARY: It depends on your experience.
