Responsibilities:
Lead Management: Use Go High Level (CRM) systems to manage leads efficiently, logging and following up on all interactions.
Warm Lead Calling: Initiate outbound calls to previously interested leads in our CRM system to schedule them with our free evaluation service.

Intake Evaluation Calls: Conduct intake interviews with potential clients to gather necessary information and assess their needs to determine whether a direct contract can be offered.
Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with potential clients after intake interviews to address any additional questions and move them through the intake process.
Social Media Engagement: Monitor the firm's social media platforms and respond to messages and comments promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Prior Experience: Demonstrated experience in lead management and CRM systems is essential.
Sales Experience: Must be comfortable with overcoming objections.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in documenting interactions and managing client information accurately.
