THE ROLE WE ARE HIRING FOR

Are you an experienced Facebook Ads strategist with a sharp eye for performance and a creative flair for online presence? We’re on the lookout for someone who knows their way around Meta Ads Manager and can confidently take the reins of our paid social campaigns.

We are a growing Golf Retail & Service company based in Ireland, and we’re ready to bring on a Facebook Ads Manager and Online Presence Manager to elevate our digital marketing efforts. You’ll work closely with our team to plan, manage, and ---------- Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, while also playing a key role in managing our broader online presence.

There are multiple roles available, and depending on your strengths, you may also take on tasks such as updating our website (WordPress), scheduling social media content, publishing monthly newsletters and blog posts, and keeping documentation up to date. Prior experience with WordPress editing and content scheduling is essential. Over time, you may also be trained to manage our appointment bookings and respond to customer queries via email, Facebook, and WhatsApp.

THE IMPORTANCE OF THIS ROLE

You will be supporting the MCG Manager in social media, Website updates (Wordpress), marketing and customer follow up as well as general admin. You will also be key in creating documents and SOP’s from training videos that will be supplied to you. This will help increase the efficiency and consistency across many areas of our business. The right person will take ownership of this position and make everyone’s life a lot easier!

PAY AND HOURS
(these are negotiable)

• The starting rate for this role will be between: €3.50 — €5.50
• This position is available As soon as possible.
• This is a Long term role for the right candidate
• Provisional Schedule (negotiable): Any hours are fine with a minimum 2-hour overlap with Irish working hours
• You will be available for at least: This will vary.
• We will pay you Monthly (The staff members preference)
• There will be a performance review after 3 months, wage review after 12 months
• We offer end-of-year bonuses as standard.
