We’re looking for a Content Coordinator to help manage and repurpose our CEO’s content—including short-form videos, interviews, and social media assets—into scheduled posts,
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Using ClickUp to manage content tasks and track deadlines
Formatting + scheduling posts via Buffer
Repurposing videos into social media captions,
Tracking post performance using Bitly + ClickUp, and sending a simple monthly report
Following detailed SOPs, templates, and systems with care
You’re a Great Fit If You:
Are highly organized and tech-savvy
Have strong English reading and writing skills (grammar + clarity)
Are comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT
Enjoy working independently, but appreciate structure and feedback
Want a long-term opportunity where your work makes people visible
Compensation:
$900/month for 30 hours/week
