The Role
As our Virtual Assistant, you will take on a dynamic and varied role where connection, precision, and communication are key. You will:
- Become an active presence in our online community—step into the shoes of a travelling parent, engage in chats, and support others in their journey
- Answer questions and provide helpful support to families
- Actively reach out to program leaders to create collaboration and a clear program overview
- Manage our social media platforms following clear instructions and content schedules
- Keep a well-organized and detailed administration
- Conduct research to support our services
- Assist with administrative tasks during in-person events around the world
