Seeking Experienced Health Insurance Quoter/Virtual Assistant

I am a busy Medicare/Health Insurance agent in America. I need someone with Health Insurance experience to assist in making Drug Plan quotes, CRM management, and various VA tasks.
I need someone VERY detail oriented who has references that can validate such. We deal with sensitive data and accuracy affects people’s lives.

List of Duties:

- Using client provided Drug Lists To Generate Quotes for Medicare Plans
- Using Go High Level CRM for data entry of quotes to customer profiles
- Downloading/Uploading recorded calls for required archival
- Excel Sheet management for sales tracking
- Research- using phone numbers to find matching addresses to update CRM profiles
- Importing/Exporting CSV Files between CRM's
- Checking that clients have received cards- answer their questions
- Use of Chat GPT to research

Preference given to anyone with experience quoting Medicare Drug Plans.
-Special points given to those with Go High Level experience. (not just a course)
-Special points for those who speak excellent English (For customer service calls). Include voices sample if so.

The work is part-time to start with the opportunity to grow into full time.
- The core schedule is USA Eastern time: 8am-12pm.

-13th Month Pay included

I use personalized loom videos to teach you and a weekly zoom call to check in.
