The Role:
You’ll be the key player behind the scenes, helping build, manage, and scale the systems that power Aussie Car Deals. Your goal?
To turn our sales and finance model into a fully automated, global-level machine.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Funnel Monitoring
• Monitor lead flow and Messenger/WhatsApp inbox from 8AM–10PM AEST, Monday to Saturday (flexible with team coverage).
• Ensure fast follow-up responses to new applications and high-interest leads.
• Escalate high-priority leads to sales team or VAs with proper tagging/CRM updates.
2. Funnel & Marketing Automation Execution
• Build and
• Integrate Messenger, WhatsApp, SMS (ClickSend/Twilio), and
• Deploy automated follow-up sequences based on lead status (e.g., “applied but no docs”, “approved but not matched”, “car matched – awaiting confirmation”).
3. CRM Workflow Setup (GoHighLevel or HubSpot preferred)
• Create smart pipelines with automated deal stage triggers.
• Integrate document collection workflows using ClickSend, WhatsApp API, DocuSign, and Google Forms/Jotform.
• Implement lead scoring systems to prioritise hot leads and assign them dynamically.
4. Virtual Dealership Operations & Inventory Handling
• Help build and manage a SmartMatch Car Vault – a curated post-approval showroom experience.
• Source and organise vehicle listings from Carsales/Gumtree/Drive for private resupply.
• Coordinate with delivery, detailing, and rebranding providers to create a branded customer experience.
5. Chatbot and AI Assistant Development
• Set up Messenger and WhatsApp bots that qualify leads, collect documents, and answer FAQs using ManyChat, Chatfuel, or WhatsApp Business API.
• Use tools like Loom to educate leads through video explainers.
6. Reporting, Testing, and Optimization
• Track lead funnel metrics fro
• Optimise campaigns using A/B testing, cost-per-lead analysis, and retargeting breakdowns.
• Report on daily/weekly conversion performance and areas for improvement.
7. Strategic Execution & Operational Thinking
• Solve problems in real-time and own the system-building process—we want someone who takes initiative, not just completes tasks.
• Translate vision into execution across multiple tools, platforms, and touchpoints.
