Senior Paid Ads Specialist (Meta-Focused)

We’re looking for a Meta ads expert to join our growing team at PDM. You’ll lead strategy and execution for high-growth e-commerce brands, working independently while collaborating closely with our talented team.

What You’ll Do:
Own and scale Meta ad accounts for e-commerce clients

Turn data into insights that drive growth and ROI

Lead client communication and reporting (Slack/WhatsApp)

Follow and improve internal SOPs

Use Shopify data to inform strategy

What You’ll Need:
3+ years of hands-on Paid Ads experience (agency side)

Proven success scaling e-commerce accounts

Strong Meta Ads knowledge (Google Ads a bonus)

Shopify experience + solid reporting skills

Fluent in British English, available 9–5 UK time

Confident working with minimal guidance
