In this role you will:
? Assess clients needs and guide them towards one of our product offerings.
? Assist and enroll clients in insurance offerings
? Manage your lead pipeline and update all lead notes & statuses in the CRM.
? Ensure all enrollments adhere to compliance standards.

What we’re looking for
? You are self-motivated & highly driven.
? Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.
? Strong written, verbal & oral communication skills.

What you can expect
? Monthly Base + Commission Range: $5,700 to $11,450 USD a month.
? Hands on training that sets you up for success.
? There is no cold calling. All prospective clients have requested for us to give them a
call.
? Autonomy of work once you’re full-time. Clear achievable metrics.

The compensation range represents an average to an exceptional experienced tea ---------- mber in
this position. The actual compensation will depend on numerous factors, including the
individual’s skills, experience & performance.
