About Us:
TNC is a fast growing international eCommerce brand specializing in custom LED neon signage. Each day, we convert hundreds of client logos and text prompts into professional neon mockups. Now, we’re building our own ML driven “Neon Engine” from the ground up to automate vectorization, styling, and export workflows at scale.

Your Role:
We’re developing an automated tool that converts logos or text into professional, neon-style designs. The heart of this system—called the Neon Engine—has not been built yet and will be your primary focus.

What You’ll Build (The Neon Engine):
- Input Handling: Accept logos (SVG, PDF, PNG) or text and convert them into wonderful Neon Designs
- Neon Styling Logic: Automatically apply the right neon effects—tube outlines, glow, and backplate styles, according to the rules which are able to be produced. This varies per logo/text and size.
- Editable Output: Make all design elements adjustable, both manually and with a prompt (position, thickness, color, glow toggle)
- Smart Export: Generate print-ready files (PDF, SVG, AI at 300 DPI) and realistic previews (PNG, JPG)

This engine will serve as the core of our automated workflow—turning raw input into finished designs ready for production and synced with our workflow tools.

Who We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years in software development, with 2+ years focused on ML/AI or graphics pipelines
- Expert in Python and hands on with PyTorch or TensorFlow for model training & inference
- Solid understanding of SVG/vector workflows (Potrace or custom parsers)
- Proven backend/API skills in Node.js or Python/FastAPI, deployed on AWS (Lambda, S3)
- Clear, concise English communication—both written and verbal
- Strong portfolio of ML/AI projects or generative?AI tools

Bonus skills
- Experience with React and Next.js for building live preview UIs
- Familiarity with Three.js or headless Blender for 3D export
- Knowledge of style transfer or GAN?based artistic pipelines
- Cloud cost optimization for GPU inference workloads
