I am currently looking for a top quality virtual assistant who will help with our day-to-day business tasks related to listing, marketing and managing Amazon, eBay, Bonanza, Etsy, and other various marketplaces.

Here are the details:

REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must be fluent in English with minimal to no accent.
- Candidate must have experience with Amazon Listings, ebay Listings, and Bonanza Listings.
- Candidate must have very good working knowledge of keywords and SEO. Specifically how to generate relevant keywords for our product listings.
- Candidate must have a reliable Internet connection that has an uptime of 99.9%
- Candidate must have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheets
- Candidate must be able to follow directions exactly as specified.

SPECIFICATIONS:
You MUST be able to...
- Post listings on Amazon, eBay, Bonanza, Etsy
- Generating relevant keyword lists for our listings.
- Managing eBay store and promotions
- Making weekly screenshots of Amazon and ebay pages.
- Downloading various weekly reports
-Get reimbursements for refunds/returns (not returned to inventory)
-Get reimbursements for (damaged and missing units
-negative feedback removal
-customer service
-PPC (keyword inspector, merchant keywords)
-Sourcing (Tactical Arbitrage, OA Xray)
-Handle multi-channel fulfillment orders
-Handle multiple online stores (shopify, ebay, bonanza, etc)
-Handled multiple private label brands on Amazon/ebay etc
-Reconcile shipments
-Flat files and creating listings/variations
