We are a Tax Legal and Immigration Services firm based in South Africa, seeking an experienced YouTube Growth & Advertising Specialist to help drive strategic growth and monetisation of our YouTube presence, with a strong focus on reaching the right target audience and effective ROI.

This is a freelance role with immediate start. Applicants should have a proven track record in scaling YouTube channels, launching targeted campaigns, and optimising video performance.

Primary Objective:
Our immediate focus is to monetise our two leading YouTube channels.
• Tax Consulting South Africa
• Xpatweb
Once monetised, we will shift to building momentum on three new channels launched recently, followed by maintaining consistent growth and engagement across all five channels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Launch targeted YouTube campaigns to grow subscribers and increase watch time.
• Optimise titles, thumbnails, video descriptions, and in-video CTAs for maximum engagement.
• Focus on monetisation of two existing channels.
• Build momentum for three new channels launched recently.
• Analyse performance metrics and provide clear, actionable recommendations.

Requirements:
• Demonstrated success in YouTube growth and paid promotion.
• Experience with YouTube SEO, YouTube Studio, and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of the South African digital audience.
• Background in professional tax legal services content is non-negotiable.
• Able to work independently and deliver results.

Budget & Scope:
• Time Estimate: 15 hours per week
• Hourly Rate Estimate: R350 – R550
• Monthly Estimate: R7,000 – R17,000
• Note: Final scope depends on level of experience.
