> Monitor, analyze, and report on key
> Set benchmarks and KPIs to measure campaign success and identify improvements.
> Stay current with
> Collaborate with the design team to produce brand-consistent, attractive
Qualifications:
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an D2C

* Strong knowledge of
* Excellent copywriting and communication skills to create engaging
* Ability to design attractive
* Experience with advanced segmentation and list management in Klaviyo.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
* Experience reporting on
* Ability to work independently, juggle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp.
* Experience using communication platforms like Slack.
