About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Digital Marketing Assistant / Campaign Manager with strong project management skills and experience executing digital campaigns in collaboration with a larger marketing team. This role is focused on managing timelines, coordinating resources, executing workflows, and ensuring flawless delivery across digital touchpoints—not necessarily creating campaigns from scratch or designing assets independently.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting marketing campaign execution across tools like Pardot (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), Unbounce, and WordPress. They should be comfortable working with predefined strategies and creative assets, and possess a strong eye for quality control, including the use of structured checklists before campaign launches.

This is a full-time offshore position, aligned with U.S. business hours. Candidates must have 5+ years of relevant digital marketing and campaign execution experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Workflow Management
-Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email sequences, landing pages, and forms.
-Collaborate with content writers, designers, and leadership to ensure timely, accurate campaign deployment.
-Maintain a consistent quality control process before campaign launch, including checklist-based reviews

Marketing Automation & CRM Integration
-Build and manage email campaigns within Pardot.
-Segment audiences and align campaigns with Salesforce CRM for reporting and tracking.
-Support the execution of lead scoring, tagging, and list hygiene strategies.

Landing Page & Website Coordination
-Manage and update landing pages in Unbounce and WordPress.
-Coordinate with the design team and developers to implement new forms, tracking codes, and A/B tests

Project Coordination & Internal Communication
-Ensure all campaign tasks are clearly assigned and tracked using project management tools.
-Act as the go-to person for campaign timelines, updates, and execution support.

Analytics & Optimization
-Track campaign KPIs including delivery rates, open rates, CTR, conversions.
-Compile and share reports with marketing leadership to support continuous improvement.

Tech Stack & Tool Management
-Work across a variety of tools including Salesforce (Pardot), Unbounce, WordPress, and other third-party email marketing platforms.
-Stay updated on emerging digital tools and platforms that can enhance efficiency and performance.

Qualifications
-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and marketing automation.
-Deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) and CRM campaign integration.
-Proficiency in WordPress, Unbounce, and third-party email marketing platforms.
-Proven ability to manage multiple marketing projects and campaigns simultaneously.
-Familiarity with landing page optimization, email best practices, lead nurturing, and performance reporting.
-Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
-Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
