Digital Marketing Specialist – Franchise Lead Generation (Google, Facebook, TikTok, SEO)

We’re Bonza Clean, an ambitious and soon-to-be fast-growing Australian cleaning company expanding nationally through franchising. We’re ready to scale — and we’re looking for the right person to drive our online franchisee recruitment engine.
This role is perfect for a results-driven digital marketing expert who lives and breathes lead generation. You should know how to combine Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok Ads, SEO, and Google Business Profile optimisation into a single, cohesive growth strategy that delivers real outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Search & Display
- TikTok Ads
- Build and manage Google Business Profiles across multiple locations
- Optimise for visibility, reviews, and local keyword rankings
- Research and execute SEO strategies to attract organic franchise leads
- Build or advise on high-converting landing pages and funnels
- Track and report on key metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS)
- Test ad creatives, iterate copy, refine audience targeting
- Work directly with the founder and core team — fast feedback, real decisions

Who You Are
- 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Proven track record in performance-based campaigns
- Skilled in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and ideally TikTok Ads
- Familiar with Google Business Profile optimisation
- Solid understanding of local and national SEO
- Confident with data analysis, funnels, A/B testing, and reporting
- Strong written and spoken English — clear communication is essential
- Proactive, resourceful, and results-focused — not just an executor

Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in franchise, home services, or high-ticket service lead generation
- Comfort with landing page/funnel builders like WordPress or ClickFunnels
- Strong ad copywriting or visual creative skills
- Familiarity with tools like GA4, SEMRush/Ahrefs, Hotjar, or Zapier

What We Offer
- PHP 35,000 – 55,000/month starting salary (AUD ~$950 – $1,500/month)
- Performance bonuses + regular pay reviews based on results
