We are a women’s wellness brand based in the U.S., focused on hormone health and midlife support. We’re looking for a skilled, reliable, and creative Virtual Assistant to help us grow our online presence, manage leads, and support digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and manage posts on Instagram and other platforms
• Edit short videos for Reels, stories, and promotional content
• Create and send weekly email newsletters
• Design simple ads and manage Facebook/Instagram campaigns
• Manage and follow up with leads using GoHighLevel CRM
• Respond to DMs and engage with followers
• Create digital products (eBooks, PDFs, landing pages)
• Track basic metrics and campaign performance.

Qualifications:
• 1+ years of VA or digital marketing experience
• Proficient in GoHighLevel, Canva, and social media tools
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, VN, or similar)
• Excellent English communication (spoken and written)
• Detail-oriented, creative, and self-motivated
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
