Part-Time Virtual Assistant – Lead Scraper & CRM Sync

We’re a fast-growing U.S.-based auto hail repair company looking for a dependable, detail-oriented VA to help us manage our daily lead flow and CRM updates.

You will be responsible for:
• Extracting lead data from our platform (KnockIQ – point-and-click scraping)
• Organizing and tagging leads in Google Sheets
• Syncing those leads into our CRM (Go High Level) using automation tools (Zapier)
• Ensuring clean, consistent formatting of phone numbers, addresses, and tags
• Logging activity for accountability (simple tracking sheet)

Requirements:
• Proficient in Google Sheets (formulas, filters, clean formatting)
• Familiarity with CRM systems (GHL or any similar platform is a plus)
• Knows how to use Zapier or willing to learn quickly
• Detail-oriented, organized, and task-focused
• Strong written communication (updates via Slack or WhatsApp)
• Comfortable following SOPs and updating them if needed
• Reliable internet connection
• Honest and consistent with time tracking
