About the Role

We’re searching for a highly creative, tech-savvy, and experienced Social Media Manager + Graphic Designer to lead our social media efforts and visual storytelling across multiple platforms. This dual-role position requires a rare blend of strategic thinking, hands-on design talent, and data-driven content planning. You will play a key role in strengthening our brand presence, engaging audiences, and driving lead generation through compelling visual and written content.

This is a full-time offshore position, with working hours aligned to U.S. business hours. Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, and graphic design.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Strategy
-Develop, execute, and manage creative and engaging social media campaigns aligned with brand goals and audience interests.
-Leverage AI tools for content ideation, caption generation, and rapid visual production while maintaining human-level creativity and polish.
-Plan and maintain a social content calendar, integrating major campaigns, holidays, product launches, and brand initiatives.

Graphic Design
-Design eye-catching, on-brand visuals including graphics for social media, digital ads, email banners, landing pages, and print collateral.
-Collaborate closely with copywriters and marketing teammates to ensure visual consistency and effective messaging across all platforms.

Analytics & Optimization
-Track and report key performance metrics across platforms (engagement, reach, click-throughs, conversions, etc.).
-Use AI-powered analytics and tools to monitor trends, inform strategy, and optimize content for higher performance and engagement.

Community Engagement
-Actively manage community interactions—responding to comments, DMs, and brand mentions in a timely, brand-aligned voice.
-Utilize AI for sentiment analysis and proactive engagement, identifying opportunities to build stronger audience relationships and brand loyalty.

Brand Development & Channel Growth
-Innovate on visual styles and storytelling techniques to elevate brand perception and differentiate across channels.
-Grow our presence and following across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging channels relevant to the healthcare sector.

Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience in social media marketing and graphic design, preferably within B2B or healthcare-related industries.
-Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
-Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation, analytics, or design workflows (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper, Canva AI).
-Proven track record of growing and managing professional social media accounts with measurable success.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for clean, compelling design.
-Ability to balance creativity with data, adjusting strategy based on what performs best.
-Comfortable working in a remote environment with cross-functional teams during U.S. working hours.
