About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly skilled and experienced Database Builder & Web Scraper to join our remote team. In this role, you will power our lead generation engine by building scalable databases, automating data collection processes, and integrating tools that streamline our sales and marketing efforts. You’ll also be responsible for recommending and managing off-the-shelf database solutions that enhance accessibility and scale. Experience with AI-powered web scraping platforms such as ---------- is highly desirable.

This is a full-time offshore position with work hours aligned to U.S. business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Database Development
-Build and maintain a scalable, reliable prospect database to support lead generation and analytics
-Recommend and implement off-the-shelf database solutions that are compatible with our tech stack
-Create a basic UI/UX for data import, filtering, and export
-Integrate databases with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and related sales systems

Web Scraping & Data Automation
-Use platforms like ---------- and similar AI-powered tools to gather structured and unstructured data from relevant web -sources
-Build automated scraping workflows to minimize manual input and enhance data accuracy
-Continuously refine scraping strategies to improve efficiency and business intelligence

Data Visualization & Delivery
-Create real-time dashboards using Power BI or similar tools to visualize lead and campaign data
-Deliver timely, actionable insights to sales and marketing teams
-Optimize data extraction and delivery workflows to support conversion goals

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in web scraping, data engineering, or database development
Proficiency in SQL, Python, BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, or similar scraping frameworks
Experience with AI-powered scraping platforms like ----------
Familiarity with CRM integrations and syncing tools (HubSpot, Salesforce preferred)
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms
Strong understanding of ETL processes and data pipeline architecture
Ability to work independently, remotely, and during U.S. business hours
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
