Role Overview
We’re looking for a full-time Cold Caller who thrives on outbound sales, is highly organized, and knows how to keep prospects warm. You’ll be provided with qualified leads and will be responsible for initiating first contact, logging calls, and building your own follow-up systems to nurture and convert leads. This is a performance-driven role with opportunities for growth and leadership for the right person.

Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to leads provided
Professionally pitch Bottoms Up Vending’s free vending services
Ask discovery questions to understand the prospect’s current vending situation
Log all calls, conversations, and outcomes accurately
Develop and manage your own follow-up pipeline
Identify qualified opportunities and pass them to our sales team
Follow a clear call script but adjust as needed for natural conversation
Maintain a positive and professional tone throughout all calls
Requirements
Fluent, high-level English speaker with no noticeable foreign accent
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in cold calling or telemarketing (B2B preferred)
Comfortable working during USA Central Time (9 AM – 5 PM)
Confident phone presence and strong conversational skills
Must be self-organized and capable of managing follow-up without supervision
Tech-savvy enough to use call tracking tools and basic CRM software
Comfortable with recorded calls and call tracking systems
Bonus Points
Experience in B2B services or facilities/office-related industries
Familiarity with Illinois business geography or similar markets
Prior experience booking appointments or scheduling site visits
