About Us:
The Neon Company is a fast-growing international eCommerce brand specializing in custom neon signs for businesses, events, and personal use. Every day, we receive hundreds of quote requests that need to be transformed into beautiful, professional neon mockups for our customers.

We’re expanding rapidly and are looking for 10–15 full-time experienced graphic designers to join our remote team.

Your Role:
As a graphic designer, you’ll be responsible for:
-Creating neon mockups based on client requests (logos, text, shapes)
-Using Photoshop and Illustrator to turn ideas into realistic neon designs
-Working with speed and precision to handle a high volume of daily tasks
-Collaborating with our sales and design teams
-Making adjustments and revisions based on feedback
-Ensuring consistency and high quality across all designs

Who We’re Looking For:
You have 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
You’re fluent in Photoshop & Illustrator
You have excellent design sense and an eye for detail
You’re fast, responsive, and can meet daily deadlines
You’re reliable, organized, and a great team player

You have a strong portfolio (mockups, branding, typography, etc.)
