Graphics Designer - Fashion (Apparel and Accessories)

Are you a creative and detail-oriented designer with experience in garments, textiles, and fashion accessories? Are you highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator, able to follow briefs, and keep your work tidy and well-organised?

If so, we want you to join our team as a Graphic Designer working across Engelite and Project Clothing, two of Australia’s leading companies in garment and accessory manufacturing.

We’re seeking a reliable and self-sufficient designer who’s confident working independently and as part of a collaborative team. You’ll play a key role in supporting the design process for sporting apparel and a wide range of fashion accessories.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and adapt artwork for garments, uniforms, and fashion accessories based on design briefs.

Use Adobe Illustrator to prepare files ready for production.

Create and update tech packs for factories.

Organise images logically, group artwork files clearly, and maintain clean, structured folders.

Ensure design files are production-ready and easy to navigate for both internal and external stakeholders.

Follow existing brand guidelines and contribute to product development initiatives.

Communicate effectively with tea ---------- mbers and factory partners.

Qualifications:
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is essential.

Experience working with tech packs and design specs for production.

Background in clothing, garment, textile or fashion accessory design.

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Strong attention to detail and file organisation.

Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage workload independently.

Familiarity with sporting apparel design is highly desirable.

Additional Requirements:
Must have a reliable internet connection and a functional home office setup (at least 2 screens preferred).

Previous experience working with offshore teams or in a remote role is a plus.

Understanding of print processes and garment production workflow is beneficial.
