Game Master and Overseer

Job Title: Game Overseer / Master

We’re seeking a sharp, tech-savvy, and safety-conscious individual to remotely monitor and support gameplay at our Virtual Reality Center. As a Game Overseer, you’ll be the digital eyes and ears of our escape rooms — making sure players are engaged, safe, and having fun.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor multiple live video feeds and in-game screens from 4 VR rooms
• Assist players by providing hints or instructions through the game engine or PA system
• Proactively ensure player safety, especially when movement and VR equipment are involved
• Respond quickly to player confusion, technical issues, or emergencies
• Manage light social media engagement (commenting, reposting, etc.) during downtime
• Help with basic invoice data entry or light admin tasks as needed during slow hours

Requirements:
• Reliable, low-latency high-speed internet connection
• Dual or triple monitor setup for monitoring multiple streams
• Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills
• Comfortable speaking confidently over a live speaker to guide participants
• Able to follow scripts and protocols while adapting to the ---------- nt
• Familiarity with VR, escape rooms, or games is a big plus

Strict Hours (EST):
• Fridays: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Sundays: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• USA Holidays: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (except Christmas)
