Facebook Specialist

Are you a Facebook pro who knows how to make content perform, build communities, and run targeted ads like a boss? We’re looking for a Facebook Specialist to take our online presence to the next level.

What you’ll do:

Create and manage engaging Facebook posts that connect with our audience

Set up and optimize Facebook Ads (Meta Ads Manager) for maximum reach and conversions

Analyze performance data and adjust strategies to improve results

Manage our Facebook Page(s), respond to messages/comments, and grow the community

Stay updated on Facebook trends, algorithm changes, and new features

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience with Facebook marketing (organic and paid)

Deep understanding of Meta’s advertising platform

Strong copywriting and visual content skills

Analytical mindset – comfortable reading data and making smart decisions

Bonus: experience with Lookalike Audiences, Pixel tracking, and retargeting campaigns
