At FRSH Retail, we’re a fast-growing Amazon FBA business that partners directly with brands to represent them on the Amazon marketplace. Our mission is to simplify e-commerce for brands, ensuring their products reach more customers while maintaining operational excellence behind the scenes.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Reconciliation Expert to join our team and take charge of ensuring our Amazon inventory is always accurate. This is a vital role that ensures we’re not leaving any money on the table due to discrepancies or lost inventory within Amazon’s systems.

Role Overview:
As an Inventory Reconciliation Expert, you’ll be responsible for reconciling stock across our Amazon FBA account, identifying discrepancies, managing cases with Amazon to recover funds, and ensuring our records match up with Amazon’s systems. Your work will directly protect our bottom line and improve operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

Reconcile Amazon FBA inventory reports (e.g., Inventory Ledger, Received Inventory, Reimbursements).

Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies (missing units, overages, damages, stranded stock).

Open and manage cases with Amazon to recover reimbursements for lost/damaged inventory.

Maintain clear, accurate records of reconciliations and case statuses.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., purchasing, warehouse) to ensure inventory flow accuracy.

Provide regular reports summarising discrepancies, resolutions, and recovered funds.

Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline reconciliation.


Skills & Experience Required:

Proven experience with Amazon FBA inventory reconciliation (essential).

You must be bale to provide a clear process or SOP you have used in the past for this sort of role (essential).

Strong knowledge of Amazon FBA systems, reports, and processes (essential).

Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills (including pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) (essential).

Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities (essential).

Confident communicator, particularly in writing (for managing Amazon cases) (essential).

Highly organised and able to manage tasks independently. (essential).

Background in e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain (essential).
