Lets Go Maldives Pvt. Ltd. is a leading inbound tourism company specializing in crafting unforgettable experiences in the Maldives. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales & Coordination Manager.
Location: Male, Maldives
Responsibilities:
?Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company objectives.
?Oversee lead generation and support the reservations team in closing bookings.
?Train, motivate, and monitor the reservations team to meet KPIs and ensure accuracy in bookings.
?Plan and review KPIs monthly to optimize sales strategies.
?Manage customer relationships and track customer feedback to improve service quality.
?Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and promotional strategies.
?Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
Requirements:
?Proven experience in sales, customer relations, or a related field.
?Strong organizational and leadership skills.
?Proficiency in using CRM systems and tracking performance metrics.
?Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly.
?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Hours:
?Sunday - Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
?Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
