Marketing & GoHighLevel (GHL) Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a Marketing & GoHighLevel (GHL) Virtual Assistant to support the growth of a virtual wellness practice.
This role is ideal for someone highly skilled in building and managing systems inside GHL — including funnels, automations, email workflows, and CRM pipelines — while supporting structured marketing and lead generation efforts.

You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless client journey from lead capture to booking or conversion, maintaining clean systems, and optimizing marketing performance.

Job duties and responsibilities:
1. GoHighLevel (GHL) Systems & Automation
- Set up and manage workflows, triggers, automations, calendars, and forms
- Build and optimize marketing funnels (landing pages, thank-you pages, email sequences)
- Implement tagging systems and automation logic
- Manage pipelines and opportunity stages
-Test workflows and troubleshoot automation issues
- Track and monitor campaign performance inside GHL

2. Marketing & Lead Generation Support
- Assist in executing structured lead generation campaigns
- Build and maintain email nurture sequences
- Improve funnel conversion rates through testing and optimization
- Monitor campaign metrics and recommend improvements
- Support booking flow and follow-up automations

3. Funnel & Conversion Optimization
- Design and optimize high-converting landing pages
- Improve opt-in forms and automation triggers
- Ensure smooth user journey from opt-in to consultation or purchase
- Identify drop-off points and suggest performance improvements

4. Front-End Funnel Design
- Design clean, user-friendly funnel pages (no coding required)
- Create simple graphics for funnels, emails, and landing pages
- Maintain brand consistency across funnel assets

5. CRM & Data Management
- Maintain a clean and organized CRM
- Tag, segment, and manage contact records properly
- Ensure accurate tracking of leads and opportunities
- Generate basic reports when needed


(Nice to Have) – Wellness & Tech Support
- Experience with wellness platforms like Biocanic, OptimalDX, or similar
- Exposure to wearable health tech integrations
- Basic Microsoft IT troubleshooting support

Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (REQUIRED)
- Proven experience building funnels and marketing automations
- Strong understanding of CRM logic, tagging, and segmentation
- Basic front-end design skills (Canva or similar tools)
- Strong written English communication
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
