NOW HIRING: Instagram DM Setter (Full-Time | Remote)

We're looking for someone to join our growing team to support with lead generation and getting qualified calls booked in.

This is a full-time, remote role, working across Meta Business Suite, GoHighLevel, and Instagram to connect with warm leads, follow up consistently, and help book calls into our coaching program.

Who We’re Looking For:
- You’re not afraid to start a conversation, follow up with confidence, and keep the pipeline moving.
- You’re detail-oriented, reliable, and know how to track conversations, follow scripts without sounding robotic, and keep leads engaged until they’re ready to book.

You must have:
- Experience using Meta Business Suite (responding to DMs, managing comments, and messaging efficiently)
- Experience with GoHighLevel (tagging, updating pipelines, managing lead stages)
- Strong working knowledge of Instagram and how to move through conversations naturally
- Fluent English and excellent written communication
- The ability to tag conversations, track follow-ups, and book calls into a calendar system with accuracy
- Confidence in working independently and managing a daily outreach/follow-up flow

Daily Responsibilities:
- Responding to inbound DMs from prospects on Instagram
- Reaching out to followers, story viewers, or leads through strategic outbound messaging
- Following up with previous leads and re-engaging cold conversations
- Tagging conversations and updating statuses in GoHighLevel
- Booking qualified leads into the team’s calendar for sales calls
- Providing end-of-day reports on activity and results
