Youtube editor and Shorts

Hey! I’m looking for a reliable and creative video editor to help bring my long-form content to life. My videos are typically 15–25 minutes in length and focus on [insert your niche—e.g., storytelling, commentary, education, lifestyle, etc.]. I’m looking for someone who understands pacing, narrative flow, and how to keep an audience engaged throughout.

What I’m Looking For:

Experience editing long-form YouTube videos (15–30 mins)
Strong sense of pacing, cuts, and story flow
Can add creative B-roll, captions, and sound design when needed
Familiar with YouTube style (jump cuts, zooms, ---------- s, etc.)
Fast and communicative – able to hit reasonable deadlines
Bonus Points If You:

Have worked with YouTubers or social creators before
Understand basic color correction and audio mixing
Are familiar with Notion, ---------- , or other collaboration tools
