We're growing fast — and we're looking for a driven and organised Virtual Assistant to join us on this mission.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a full-time Recruitment Consultant / VA to support the daily operations of our social work desk. This is a long-term remote role with a mix of admin and candidate relationship work, You Will be starting from 0 workers and build a fully working locum desk.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicating with candidates and hiring managers by
Chasing and organising compliance documents: IDs, references, DBS, RTW, etc.
Uploading and maintaining data in vendor portals like Matrix, Comensura, and others
Posting job adverts, formatting CVs, and updating our CRM
Booking interviews and following up on no-shows
Maintaining candidate spreadsheets and trackers
General recruitment admin
What We're Looking For:
Excellent written English and strong communication skills
Experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR admin
Bonus: Familiarity with Matrix, Comensura, or vendor management systems
High attention to detail and able to follow processes
Comfortable working UK hours (9am–5pm BST) Monday to Friday
Tech-savvy: confident with Gmail, Google Sheets, CRMs, etc.
Proactive, self-sufficient, and reliable
Compensation:
Competitive full-time monthly salary (negotiable based on experience)
Commission structure based on successful billings
