Data Entry

We’re looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to support us with a one-time data entry task for our educational platform. You’ll be entering content (in English and German) from a structured Markdown file into our internal admin dashboard.

This project should take 1–2 days depending on your speed. If we’re satisfied with the quality of your work, we’re open to offering more similar tasks in the future.

???? Your Main Tasks
- Receive a Markdown file with tasks (in English and/or German)
- Log into our admin dashboard
- Accurately input around 50–100 tasks
- Double-check for formatting and accuracy
- Send a short update when finished

? Requirements
- Experience with data entry or content management systems
- Comfortable reading and understanding English and basic German
- Detail-oriented and efficient
- Able to follow written instructions
- Stable internet connection

?? Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Markdown files
- Experience working with dashboards or digital content platforms
- Good communication via Slack
