Professional Recruiter for Building a New AI Department

We are a growing creative studio launching a new Artificial Intelligence department, focused on producing high-end video and multimedia content for U.S. clients.

As part of this launch, we are hiring a professional recruiter (based in the Philippines) to help us build our initial team.

Our **top priority** right now is hiring a full-time **AI-based Video Creator** — someone highly skilled in producing impressive short videos using tools like Pictory, Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Canva, and similar.

Later, we will also hire a **Client Outreach Specialist** with fluent English and strong communication skills.

**Your role:**
- Help us find and evaluate top candidates, especially for the Video Creator position
- You may recruit from OnlineJobs.ph **or any other platform or method you prefer**
- Conduct initial interviews, screen portfolios, and coordinate short paid test tasks
- Present a shortlist of strong candidates with your recommendation
- If this goes well, we will continue hiring with your support as we grow

**Who you are:**
- You have experience recruiting remote professionals — ideally in creative, tech, or marketing roles
- You are detail-oriented, professional, and results-driven
- Your English does not need to be perfect — what matters most is your ability to **find the right people**

**This is a project-based role.**
We’re currently hiring for a one-time recruitment task (two hires), but if everything goes smoothly, we’d love to continue working with you for future recruitment as our team grows.
