JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising platforms, particularly focused on lead generation campaigns. This role will be instrumental in driving targeted traffic and converting prospects into high-quality leads through expertly executed campaigns and effective landing pages.

You will be responsible for conceptualizing, executing, and optimizing lead-gen strategies on Instagram, as well as building and testing landing pages designed to convert traffic into warm leads.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage lead generation campaigns across Meta platforms (Instagram/Facebook).

Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.

Write compelling ad copy and choose high-performing visuals for Instagram ads.

Set up conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and A/B testing to measure and improve campaign performance.

Build and manage high-converting landing pages using platforms like Leadpages, ClickFunnels, Unbounce, or similar.

Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with the sales or client-facing team to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and lead quality expectations.

Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and best practices for lead generation on Meta.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience with Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.

Strong understanding of lead generation funnels, customer journeys, and campaign objectives.

Experience setting up Facebook/Instagram campaigns end-to-end, including pixel setup, conversion tracking, and retargeting.

Familiarity with landing page builders and form integrations (e.g., with CRMs or email automation tools).

Analytical skills to interpret campaign metrics and optimize accordingly.

Basic knowledge of copywriting, visual design, and A/B testing.

Comfortable working independently and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Bonus: Experience integrating leads into CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
