*Key Responsibilities*
- Respond to customer
- Provide accurate and friendly support to prospective and existing customers
- Identify and escalate serious or qualified sales inquiries to the Management
- Create and update deals in HubSpot CRM with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain a consistent, professional and helpful tone across all customer communications
- Follow established workflows to ensure efficient handling of all inquiries
- Coordinate with the Sales Director and other tea
* Ideal Candidate Will Have *
- Prior experience as a virtual assistant, customer service representative, or sales support role
- Strong written communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to learn technical details about home construction and zoning
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities independently
