Technical Support Specialist – Dahua Products (Full-Time)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Support Specialist to join our team full-time. This role focuses on providing support for our range of Dahua CCTV, alarm, and access control products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level and second-level technical support to installers, resellers, and end users.
• Troubleshoot issues remotely via phone, email, and remote access tools.
• Assist customers with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of Dahua systems.
• Handle warranty support cases, including product testing and fault diagnosis.
• Document support cases and common troubleshooting procedures to contribute to the knowledge base.
• Stay up to date with the latest Dahua products, firmware updates, and technologies.

Requirements:
• Previous experience working with Dahua products (CCTV, alarms, intercoms, or access control) is essential.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of IP networking, CCTV systems, and basic electronics.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple support cases at once.
• Commitment to full-time work.

Desirable Skills (Not Mandatory):
• Experience with VMS platforms (such as DSS or SmartPSS).
• Familiarity with network switches, PoE, and IP configuration.
• Experience in installer or distributor technical support preferred.
