Job Overview:
Join Envision Media, a dynamic real estate photography agency located in Los Angeles, California. We are looking for a meticulous and highly detail-oriented Photo & Video Quality Control and Admin Assistant to join our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring all media content—photos, videos, and 3D tours meet our brand’s high quality standards before delivery to clients.
The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, and be someone who takes pride in spotting the smallest of errors others might miss.
This role also includes administrative support tasks that help keep daily operations running smoothly and efficiently. We’re looking for someone proactive, dependable, and highly organized, with excellent communication and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Photo & Video Quality Assurance
Oversee the quality control of photo and video deliverables, ensuring they meet brand standards. This includes reviewing, organizing, lightly editing assets when needed, and managing proper file labeling and delivery across platforms like
3D Tours & Floor Plan Management
Conduct initial checks for accuracy and completeness of 3D Zillow tours and floor plans, and ensure they are properly uploaded and embedded on the correct platforms.
Project Coordination & Client Support
Assist in the daily management of shoots and project folders, process revision requests, and support smooth project workflows from start to final delivery.
Administrative & Marketing Support
Help track Zillow listings, upload daily project submissions, and assist in light marketing research—particularly monitoring Instagram/social trends—to support the creative team's content direction.
Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
Proven experience using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
Exceptional attention to detail — this role is all about precision
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Fast and stable internet connection (for handling large media files)
Bonus Qualifications (Optional but Preferred):
Experience with
Background in real estate or real estate media is a plus
Familiarity with video editing basics is a plus
Creative eye and/or photography knowledge
Schedule and Availability:
Work Schedule
Tuesday to Saturday (Philippine Time)
Time: 6:00 AM –10:00 AM PST, Los Angeles Timezone Tuesday- Saturdays (to start)
Training Period: May start earlier temporarily during onboarding and training
Hours: Approx. 15-20 hours/week to start (may increase depending on workload)
Initial training period may require earlier working hours and closer coordination for feedback and onboarding.
Time and task volume may shift depending on business demand; flexibility is appreciated
