About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who can effectively drive sales, manage leads, close deals, and maintain long-term client relationships for our service company. You will also handle customer inquiries professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction, support throughout the sales cycle and other related tasks.
Qualifications
2 to 5 years of proven experience in CSR
Strong background in customer service
Excellent verbal and written English communication skill
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Confidence in presenting solutions and handling objections
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
Comfortable with lead generation, cold calling, and
Highly organized and self-motivated
Able to work under minimal supervision
Your Responsibilities
Conduct outbound sales activities
Present and pitch our services to potential clients
Identify decision-makers and create sales strategies
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Maintain records of all sales activities using CRM
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely, professional support
Maintain document for the work report
Salary
Competitive (based on experience)
