Part-Time Virtual Assistant – GoHighLevel CRM & Marketing Automation

Location: Remote
Hours: Part-Time (10-20 hrs/week, flexible)
Compensation: Based on experience

About Us:
Salty Panes is a fast-growing service business with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences through top-tier window cleaning and seasonal services. We're now looking to bring on a Virtual Assistant to help us scale our operations by managing our GoHighLevel CRM platform and keeping our marketing workflows running smoothly.

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience in GoHighLevel CRM. Your primary responsibility will be to build and manage automations, connect key integrations, and support ongoing marketing efforts across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, test, and optimize automated workflows within GoHighLevel (e.g. lead follow-ups, review requests, onboarding sequences).

Set up and monitor SMS/email follow-up campaigns.

Launch and manage review campaigns and integrate Google Reviews into the CRM and company website.

Connect lead forms and the chat widget to our WIx website.

Ensure seamless integration between GoHighLevel and our website, including contact forms and lead tracking.

Schedule and manage social media content (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) on a weekly or monthly basis.

Collaborate on campaign ideas and track performance metrics.

Keep CRM organized and up-to-date with contacts, pipelines, and automations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with GoHighLevel CRM (required).

Understanding of digital marketing workflows and lead nurturing strategies.

Familiarity with Wix website builders for form/chat integrations.

Basic knowledge of connecting and embedding Google Reviews.

Experience with social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, etc.).

Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Bonus Skills:

Basic graphic design (Canva or similar).

Copywriting for emails and social media.

Familiarity with local service-based business marketing.
