Are you fluent in Klaviyo? Know your way around conditional splits, flow logic, and advanced segmentation like the back of your hand? Junction AI is looking for a Klaviyo expert who’s technically sharp, detail-oriented, and confident navigating the platform from top to bottom.
We’re a fast-growing, innovation-driven company, and we need someone who can roll up their sleeves and own the setup, management, and performance of Klaviyo flows and campaigns for our growth partners—working closely with our creative team to bring every piece to life.

What You’ll Do

Set up and manage Klaviyo flows from end to end, including triggers, filters, conditional splits, and list segmentation
Collaborate with designers to implement creative assets into campaigns and automations
Ensure flows are properly integrated and functioning across platforms (Shopify, etc.)
Monitor deliverability, performance metrics, and troubleshoot any technical issues
Maintain naming conventions, folder organisation, and ensure consistent documentation
Provide insights and best practice recommendations to optimise flow performance

What You Bring
Solid, hands-on experience with Klaviyo in a technical or execution-focused role
Strong understanding of flow logic, event tracking, data syncing, and segmentation
Experience collaborating with designers and marketing teams to implement campaigns
A portfolio or examples of live Klaviyo flows/campaigns you’ve built or maintained
Bonus: Experience integrating Klaviyo with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms
