JOB OVERVIEW

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping people solve problems?

The Evacuation Map Store is a company in Northern America that is trained and specialized in creating emergency evacuation route map displays. Our goal is to save lives worldwide, one building at a time!

We are now looking for a Customer Support VA who’s happy to be part of a team for a long term basis, with lots of room to grow, as the company grows too.

This will start as a part-time position at first and develop into a full-time position in the future.
Candidate must be willing and able to work North American hours (9pm - 1am PH Time).
$200 - $400 to start (depending on experience)
Training will be provided.


Key Responsibilities:

-Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
-Provide accurate and helpful information about our products/services.
-Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate complex issues as needed.
-Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
-Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
-Adhere to company policies and procedures.
-Proactively identify and report customer feedback and potential product/service improvements.

Requirements:

Experience in a customer support role is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
Strong computer literacy and technical aptitude.
High speed internet connection, and a suitable quiet workspace.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive and empathetic attitude.
