Real Estate Cold Caller / Acquisitions VA – Work from Home (Part-Time)

Position: Cold Caller / Acquisitions Virtual Assistant
- Work Hours: Part-Time (20-30 hours/week) and ability to work during U.S. weekends a plus with flexible weekday hours
- Time Zone: Must be able to work in the U.S. Pacific Standard Timezone (PST) or overlap with 4–6 hours/day minimum (30 hr/week maximum)
- Pay Rate: $4–$6/hour (based on experience) + potential bonuses for closed deals
- Location: Remote – Philippines-based applicants only

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to property owners
- Screen sellers and gather property information using our script
- Identify motivated sellers and qualify leads
- Input and manage leads in CRM (Podio or similar)
- Set appointments for acquisition manager
- Follow up with leads via calls, text, or email
- Submit end-of-day reports and lead updates
- Meet KPI goals

Qualifications:
- 1+ year experience in real estate cold calling (U.S. market preferred, CA market a plus)
- Fluent English with neutral or U.S.-friendly accent
- Confident, professional phone presence with strong objection handling
- Reliable internet (minimum 10 Mbps), computer, and noise-canceling headset
- Familiarity with tools like Mojo Dialer, CallTools, BatchDialer, REIReply, or Podio
- Ability to follow a proven script while sounding natural
- Highly motivated, coachable, and organized

Nice to Have:
- Experience in acquisitions or closing deals over the phone
- Knowledge of U.S. real estate investing terms (wholesale, ARV, comps, etc.)
- Background in customer service or telesales

Hiring Process:

5. 1-week probationary period (paid) to evaluate performance
6. Transition to agreed upon part-time role upon successful completion of probation
