Recruiting Manager (Healthcare – Remote, US Hours)
Location: Remote (Philippines-based, working US Shift)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST (Mountain Standard Time)

We’re seeking a high-performing Recruiting Manager to create and lead a healthcare recruiting team while continuing to contribute individually. This is a dual-role leadership opportunity: you’ll be actively filling job orders while earning the opportunity to build and lead your own team of 1–10 recruiters.

What You’ll Do
Hands-On Recruiting
• Manage active job orders and consistently make 1–2 placements per month
• Source healthcare professionals using, Indeed,
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and present targeted shortlists
• Focus on key roles like Directors of Nursing, RNs, Respiratory Therapists, Sonographers, and Cath Lab professionals
Team Leadership
• Begin as an individual contributor and build your own team based on your performance
• Set clear KPIs and track recruiter performance daily/weekly
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and accountability
• Run daily huddles, 1-on-1s, and drive performance across your team
Performance & Strategy
• Oversee the candidate pipeline and manage submissions quality
• Collaborate with business development and marketing teams
• Help improve tools, workflows, and team systems as we scale
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of U.S. healthcare recruiting experience
• Proven success placing candidates in permanent/direct hire roles
• Familiarity with roles such as DONs, RNs, Respiratory Therapists, Cath Lab Techs
• Prior leadership or mentorship experience is a strong plus
• Excellent English communication skills and performance mindset
• Must be available full-time during U.S. business hours (MST)
Compensation & Perks
• Base salary + commission for personal placements
