Brand Social Media Manager

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team.

This role involves managing three social media pages:

1) The first two is a brand driven IG account with a linked FB page
2) Involves curating and repurposing proven viral content to enhance engagement and growth on our theme-based social media page.

If you have a knack for identifying trends, writing compelling copy and transforming content to resonate with diverse audiences, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

• Follow our training to identify viral content across platforms that align with our theme page’s focus and audience
• Repurpose content using one of our Canva templates and optimize content for Instagram, FB and TikTok, ensuring it
adheres to brand guidelines and voice
• Schedule and manage posts natively on platform to maintain an active and engaging online presence
• Analyze performance metrics to gauge content effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly
• Engage with our community by responding to creatively to comments and fostering a positive interaction environment.
• Leveraging a library of content to post on the brand pages

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management, particularly in content curation and repurposing.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, FB & TikTok) and their analytics tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to produce captivating copy for the social posts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of trends and audience preferences.
• VPN to log into accounts from a USA based IP address
