???? Virtual Assistant Needed for Lead Magnet Creation, Light Video Editing & Day-to-Day Support (Retail / Fashion Focus)

Generating lead magnets.
I have the Blueprint of all the components, just looking for an assistant in getting the required items and to put everything together.
Requires some light research, good video editing (capcut or others) skills.
Familiarity with Canva (or similar design tools).
Ability to follow detailed instructions and also think creatively
High attention to detail (grammar, layout, formatting, video timing)
Reliable internet connection
Good organizational and time management skills
Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed
Assist with posting and formatting lead magnets for ads, email marketing, and website
Perform other day-to-day virtual assistant tasks (ex: basic research, data entry, managing files, scheduling posts)
Communicate and collaborate with the marketing team on a daily basis

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):
Previous experience creating lead magnets or marketing materials

Experience editing short vertical videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts

Experience in retail, fashion, or e-commerce industries

Copywriting or marketing background

Hours:
Start at 5–10 hours per week.

Flexible working hours, but must be reachable daily via email or messaging.

Potential to increase hours and responsibilities over time if a good fit.
