About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a digitally-savvy and results-driven Organic Social Media Marketing Manager to join our growing agency team. In this role, you’ll lead organic social strategy and execution across a dynamic portfolio of client brands in industries ranging from eCommerce and lifestyle to tech and hospitality.
You’ll be responsible for crafting platform-specific content plans, driving community engagement, and ---------- performance across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels. A strong understanding of native social commerce tools—such as Facebook Shops, Instagram Shopping, product tagging, and Live Shopping—is essential, as many of our clients rely on these channels for sales and lead generation.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll be juggling multiple brand voices, campaign objectives, and content calendars. You’ll work closely with our creative, performance, and client service teams to deliver high-impact organic strategies that grow audiences, boost conversions, and build brand love across social.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a forward-thinking organic content strategy for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other relevant channels.
- Align organic content with brand and eCommerce goals (product discovery, conversions, customer loyalty).
- Plan and publish high-performing content formats such as Reels, carousels, ---------- s, behind-the-scenes, testimonials, and story series.

Social Commerce & Shop Management
- Manage and ---------- Facebook Shop and Instagram Shop setup, collections, and product catalogues in Meta Commerce Manager.
- Tag products in posts, Stories, and Reels to increase discoverability and drive direct conversions.
- Collaborate with the eCommerce team to ensure product data accuracy, pricing consistency, and promotional campaigns are reflected on social storefronts.
- Support execution of Live Shopping events, influencer collaborations, and seasonal collections within social shopping environments.
- Monitor insights from Shop and product performance dashboards and optimise tagging and merchandising accordingly.

Content Planning & Visual Coordination
- Work closely with in-house creatives or freelancers to produce brand-aligned, thumb-stopping visuals optimised for each platform.
- Maintain a consistent social aesthetic and voice that supports eCommerce positioning and brand storytelling.
- Develop content briefs, storyboards, and shooting plans to support organic campaigns and new product launches.

Community & Influencer Engagement
- Oversee day-to-day community management including comments, DMs, and tagged content.
- Monitor UGC and brand mentions to drive community amplification.
- Partner with micro- and macro-influencers to create collaborative content and drive shop traffic.

Analytics & Optimisation
- Track KPIs across organic reach, engagement, follower growth, product clicks, and Shop conversions.
- Leverage Instagram and Facebook Insights, Commerce Manager metrics, and Google Analytics to identify opportunities and refine strategy.
- Report on weekly and monthly performance with actionable insights and learnings.

Requirements

Skills & Experience
- 3–5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with proven organic content results.
- Hands-on experience managing Facebook and Instagram Shops, including tagging, catalogues, and Commerce Manager tools.
- Proven ability to grow social communities and drive measurable engagement.
- Strong writing, editing, and visual content planning skills tailored for social media platforms.
- Understanding of social-first trends, algorithms, and platform-specific formats (Reels, Stories, Lives, etc.).
- Experience working with creators, UGC, and influencer collaboration is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar eCommerce platforms (for cross-functional understanding).
- Familiarity with third-party scheduling and analytics tools like Later, Planoly, Dash Hudson, or Sprout Social.
