Position Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive and personable Sales Associate to support client outreach efforts. Your mission is to help us grow by identifying potential business clients, starting conversations, and booking discovery calls with decision-makers. If you love networking, are comfortable reaching out cold or warm, and thrive on building connections—this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients (e.g., small business owners, startups, agencies, nonprofits)
Conduct outreach via
Manage CRM or lead tracker to follow up and maintain touchpoints
Book discovery calls and qualify leads for the founder
Collaborate on outreach strategy and messaging templates
Share weekly updates on outreach progress and results
You Are:
Confident and clear in communication (written and verbal)
Organized and self-motivated—you manage your own time effectively
Comfortable with outreach and pitching services
Friendly, professional, and persistent (without being pushy)
Familiar with LinkedIn and
Nice to Have:
Experience in sales, client success, or recruitment
Familiarity with Airtable or CRM tools
Previous remote work or startup experience
