Experienced Australian Bookkeeping Superstar (WFH)

We are looking for a new addition to our established bookkeeping team,
We need someone who has been working with Australian Companies offering Bookkeeping / Accounting Services for at least 3 years

To be successful in this role you will be / have:

• Advanced Australian bookkeeping knowledge, including everything GST related.
• Certified Bookkeeper (CBA) or a Certified Public Accountant (CPA),
• Very experienced with Xero, and MYOB
• Ideally experienced in Hubdoc, Dext, and Xero Tax
• Can work with minimal supervision ( WORK FROM HOME)
• Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data

Day to day the role would involve:

• Experienced providing daily bookkeeping to 20 – 25 clients.
• Daily Bank Reconciliation
• Weekly payroll for applicable clients
• Entering and processing accounts payable and receivable.
• Experienced in processing BAS and producing monthly Financial Reports


We are looking for a long term hire, someone to join and grow within our team. (Our team is both onshore Australian and offshore)

This is not a role where you will learn as you go, to be suitable you need the skills and experience up front. Seeking only advanced experience +skills

Whilst you will be part of a wider team, we are a small team and you will have suppose but every one on the team is fully capable and works independently
