At Joburn Pte. Ltd., we believe in building a collaborative team that grows together. We're currently seeking a tech-savvy Technical Workflow Specialist to help us optimize our operations through automation and AI integration.

The Role
We're looking for someone to help implement and manage automated workflows across our departments using leading integration tools. This position will begin as a more intensive role and transition to part-time as systems are established, with opportunities to expand your responsibilities over time.
Key Responsibilities

Design and implement automated workflows using platforms like GoHighLevel, Make, N8N, and Zapier
Integrate AI solutions to enhance operational efficiency
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to tea ---------- mbers
Document processes and create training materials for new systems
Collaborate with various departments to identify automation opportunities

What We're Looking For

Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Experience with automation and integration platforms (GoHighLevel, Make, N8N, Zapier, etc.)
Basic understanding of AI implementation in business processes
Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Experience & Tools

While prior experience with workflow automation tools is beneficial, we prioritize your willingness to learn and adapt. Full training will be provided for all necessary systems and processes.
