???? What You’ll Be Doing
Designing and deploying AI-powered voice and chat agents for customer service, scheduling, and lead nurturing.
Utilizing low-code platforms like Lindy.ai, n8n,
Integrating agents with APIs, CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), web chat, SMS, and
Building Twilio voice agents and connecting them with GPT, ElevenLabs, Whisper, and real-time transcription systems.
Training agents using Lindy.ai, ChatGPT custom GPTs, Claude, and other LLM platforms.
Creating fallback logic, human escalation paths, and dynamic content triggers.
Collaborating with our product, sales, and marketing teams to continuously optimize performance.
? You’re a Fit If You Have:
Experience building AI agents or automations using tools like:
Lindy.ai, n8n,
Twilio, Voiceflow, Vocode, ElevenLabs
ChatGPT, Claude, GPTs
Solid understanding of API workflows, automation architecture, and prompt engineering.
Ability to create robust agent flows for customer service, appointment booking, lead follow-up, or sales.
Experience in verticals like healthcare, automotive, real estate, or eCommerce is a plus.
Strong testing and troubleshooting skills—you don’t ship until it works.
