JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a smart, organized, and confident Virtual Assistant to help us reach out to various businesses and service providers — including real estate companies, interior design firms, and business setup consultants. Your role will involve initiating contact, setting up meetings, gathering information, and following up to ensure smooth coordination.

Responsibilities:
• Research and identify relevant companies across real estate, interiors, and business services.
• Reach out via email, WhatsApp, or phone to introduce our business and inquire about their offerings.
• Set up meetings, presentations, and calls between our team and service providers.
• Keep track of responses, meeting schedules, and service comparisons.
• Follow up consistently and professionally to keep things moving forward.
• Summarize key takeaways from each interaction and present them in an organized format.

Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — must be comfortable initiating professional conversations.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups at once.
• Proficient in using communication tools like Gmail, WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Sheets, etc.
• Able to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines without micromanagement.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other language skills are a plus.

Bonus Points If You Have:
• Experience working in or with real estate, interior design, or business consulting industries.
• A strong understanding of the UAE market and business environment.
